Our janitorial services provide affordable, customizable and consistent cleaning for any type of environment from the smallest of offices to the largest, most complex, of properties.  Cleaning schedules are completely tailored on the needs of the facility; arrange it any day of the week or time of day.  Our on-site supervisors perform daily inspections and weekly performance inspections are executed by the account manager weekly by being attentive and available to our customer’s inputs and concerns.

The biggest resource we rely on for our success in providing consistent quality of service is our Human Resource.  Legacy adheres to stringent hiring and selection process.  Training programs are provided on-site alongside the on-site manager, and good performance is always reinforced and recognized.  We process background checks and drug screening, and our uniformed crews are always professional, polite, and efficient.

Communication is the other major factor contributing to our success.  Not only being available to our customers day or night by phone, email or text, on-site communication with the facility cleaning supervisor aids in eliminating communication errors.  Standardized reporting forms and logs are provided to the property to communicate daily or when the need arises with the crew.  These forms include, but not limited to:

• Supervisor’s Night Report from the night before
